BT Business Direct Ireland - It’s the same, but a little bit different!
Thanks for visiting BT Business Direct Ireland - run by the very same people that run dabs.ie. Although the logo and colour scheme are different, BT Business Direct Ireland offers a similar range of products, the same prices¹ and pretty much the same online functionality as dabs.ie.
We’re all part of BT Group
Dabs was acquired by BT all the way back in 2006 and since that time, we’ve chosen to promote dabs.ie independently of the BT brand. But ten years on, and we’ve decided the time is now right to change.
We’ll be retiring the dabs.ie brand
With effect from 11th April 2016, we’ll be retiring the dabs.ie brand and moving forward with just our BT Business Direct Ireland brand for business customers only.
What this means for dabs.ie business customers
Although the dabs.ie brand is retiring, our team aren’t! We’ll all still be here running BT Business Direct Ireland and of course, will continue to provide after-sales care for your previous dabs.ie orders in exactly the same way. In fact, all enquiries are handled by the very same customer service team you’re used to dealing with at dabs.ie. There’s more information below.

So what happens to my dabs.ie account?
Nothing at all. We know that dabs.ie customers may still need to access their accounts after 11th April, perhaps to check their order history, or maybe to arrange a new return. After 11th April, you can still access your dabs.ie account to manage existing orders & organise returns
Shop at dabs.ie right up until 11th April
You can continue to shop at dabs.ie right up until 11th April 2016. All open orders and returns will be processed as normal.
Afterwards, manage your account just like before
Even after this date, you’ll still be able to log in to your dabs.ie account to manage your existing orders. Unless you've specifically got a dabs4work.ie account, your dabs.ie account won't be migrated to BT Business Direct Ireland - everything will be kept exactly as it was. You can continue to view your complete order history, arrange returns, update your marketing preferences and access all the other “my account” functionality as normal.
